Wei-Yu “Eric” Lee obtained his Bachelor degree (2016) from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) in Tainan, Taiwan.
He has previously done an undergraduate project in Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) on GPUs in the lab of Prof. Matthew Smith. He joined the Nordling Lab during his gap year to learn more about Network Inference and Machine Learning. He is currently working on finalizing and publishing a Matlab package for convex hull based classification that implements the method used in Nordling et al. (2015). He participated in the DREAM 10: Respiratory Viral DREAM Challenge as a member of the GustafssonLab-NordlingLab team.
