Ph.D. Student, 2017-07-18 to present
Alexander is a PhD student in the Nordling Lab at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. He obtained his Bachelor’s degree from the FH Aachen – Aachen University of Applied Sciences, in the department of Aerospace Engineering and his Masters’s degree (2015) from the National Cheng Kung University in the Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics. During his master study he published a conference paper and gave a poster presentation at the 10th IAA Symposium on Small Satellites for Earth Observation and was a co-author of another paper for the same conference. His main interest throughout his life has been space and space exploration. He participated in 3 CubeSat projects and tested NCKU’s first CubeSat at the Taiwan Space Agency (NSPO).
