Hsi-Chih “Butters” Wu is an undergraduate student at the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the National Cheng Kung University in Tainan, Taiwan. His undergraduate project aims at building a safe system for recording when a toy for infants is touched and provide visual and audio feedback.
